Ninja Foodi Swordfish

- 1 Ninja Foodi
Ingredients
- 6 swordfish fillets (about an inch thick)
- 6 tbsp mayo substitute miracle whip, reduced fat, etc.
- 1 lemon/orange any kind of citrus
- seasonings/rub this is preference (he used different ones for different fillets – cayenne pepper, lemon pepper, garlic salt, Tony's…)
Instructions
- Rub seasonings over swordfish fillets.
- Add two fillets to the Ninja Foodi. Air crisp at 400 degrees for 13 minutes.
- Open lid. Drop a dab of mayo on the front and back of each fillet. Be sure to spread around on each side.
- Close lid. Air crisp on 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
- When finished, check temperature to make sure it has reached internal temp around 145 degrees.
- Squeeze lemon juice on top when done.
- Repeat steps with rest of fillets.
